Syn-ake Description
Venomoid peptide is a small peptide that simulates the activity of snake venom toxins, rather than snake venom. It is an active peptide with a similar structure to snake venom toxins. Snake venom-like peptide is five times more effective than Botulinum toxin in reducing dynamic lines. Human tests have found that it can reduce wrinkles by 52% after 28 days of use. Snake venom peptide reduces the occurrence of wrinkles by inhibiting muscle contraction. Compared with acetyl hexapeptide-8, the effect is more obvious. Snake venom peptides have excellent smoothing and rapid anti-wrinkle properties.
Adding lotions, gels, etc. to cosmetic formulas to achieve the ideal effect of removing deep wrinkles or wrinkles on the forehead or around the eyes
Mechanism of action
Waglerin 1 acts as a potent smoothing and anti-wrinkle active by relaxing facial muscles in a manner consistent with Waglerin 1, the neuromuscular blocking compound of Temple Viper venom. Venomoid peptides act on the postsynaptic membrane and are reversible antagonists of muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nmAChR). The venom-like peptide binds to the ε subunit of nmAChR to block the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, ultimately causing the receptor to close. In the closed state, sodium ions cannot be taken in, depolarization cannot occur, nerve excitation transmission is blocked, and muscles relax.
